Call Media Labs Launch

The Prolancer team is proud to announce the official launch of Call Media Labs in the Australian market.

Prolancer grows to become an Application Service Provider of cloud-based VoIP access, call and application services with the launch of Call Media Labs. We will continue to provide our engineering services as usual.

We are starting with traditional cloud-based VoIP applications such as Cloud PBX and Cloud Call Centre. However, our plans are to quickly augment our application portfolio with additional VoIP applications that focus on self-service, process automation, call recording, voice processing and voice data mining.

Prolancer’s own Hosted Services Platform, a service delivery platform, plays a key role in the delivery of Prolancer’s VoIP-based telephony applications to a diverse customer base. It is capable of delivering VoIP-based telephony applications as a service over the Internet and any type of telephony network at the fraction of the cost of similar platforms from well-established telephony equipment players. The lower cost is mainly due to the fact that the platform is based on an innovative combination of inexpensive (open source) technologies. The technologies were modified by Prolancer to improve their quality attributes, in particular: reliability, availability, maintainability, interoperability, scalability and securability.
